Revision series: Acute Appendicitis

Disclaimer: This is my own work to help me with revision. I am not an expert in the area, my knowledge comes from lectures and textbooks available to me as a final year medical student. The information is mainly from RCSI Handbook of Clinical Surgery, RCSI Lecture Slides and Bailey & Love's Short Practice of Surgery. The pictures are either my own or taken from above mentioned sources. Fell free to use it if it's any use:)

Summary

I did not write a summary of a wonderful stay in Portugal. Instead, I'll stick a photo of my last breakfast there- so Portuguese! With a pastry, never done correct cappuccino and the most amazing freshly squeezed orange juice...
Instead, I'll share the last view of the Portugal landscapes, surprisingly, very green. We have also seen fire, these days Portugal was hit by some merciless heatwave.
Instead, a first view of home, Ireland, well missed after 2 weeks of absences...(Don't get fooled, it was actually raining).

The rest of the summer passed at work, chilling with my brother, getting my best friend to visit, having some health issues, which are now, hopefully, sorted, and going full speed ahead into a FINAL year. This is all quite overwhelming and deserves a bit longer note...I am guilty of abandoning my virtual diary yet again...Please excuse me;)
